Ready2Go Furniture is committed to delivering the highest standards across every area of our business. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following words have the following meanings:
- We / Us / Our: Ready2Go Furniture
- You / Your: The customer or consumer placing an order
- Contract: Any order placed by you that is accepted by us
- Goods: Any products forming the subject of a Contract, as described on this website
- Website: Our website at ready2gofurniture.co.uk
2. Prices & Payment
2.1 Ready2Go Furniture reserves the right to change or withdraw product prices at any time without prior notice. If a price increases after you have placed your order, the price in effect at the time of your order will apply, provided the order is dispatched within 30 days of the price change taking effect.
2.2 All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
2.3 All prices on our website include VAT at the current rate set by HMRC, unless otherwise specified.
2.4 In the event of a pricing error on our website, we will not be bound to honour orders placed at that incorrect price. You will be notified promptly, and Ready2Go Furniture accepts no liability in such circumstances.
2.5 All payments are processed in British Pounds Sterling. Any currency conversion is an estimate only and will be applied by your card issuer at source. Ready2Go Furniture accepts no responsibility for differences between displayed and converted amounts.
2.6 Only one discount or promotional code may be applied per transaction. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other active offer and no cash alternative will be provided.
2.7 Ready2Go Furniture reserves the right to withdraw promotional or discount codes at any time, and to cancel orders placed using codes from unauthorised sources.
3. Special & Made-to-Order Items
3.1 Certain items are produced to order or to your chosen specification. These are non-returnable for change-of-mind reasons and may be subject to a production lead time. You will be informed of any lead time and asked to confirm your acceptance before production commences.
3.2 Once a made-to-order item has entered production, we are unable to accept cancellation of that order.
4. Delivery
4.1 Ready2Go Furniture reserves the right to fulfil orders in instalments where necessary. You will be notified in writing in advance of any partial delivery. Each instalment may be invoiced separately.
4.2 All delivery timescales provided are estimated and depend on the prompt receipt of all necessary order information. We will not be liable for any losses arising from delivery delays or non-delivery.
4.3 Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Deliveries falling during public holiday periods, including the Christmas shutdown, may be rescheduled to a later date.
4.4 For larger orders, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to assist. Our courier partners supply a single driver and are not insured or obliged to carry items inside your property. Delivery is made to the nearest accessible hard road point.
4.5 We aim to deliver most products within 15 working days. Some items may take longer due to stock availability. All delivery dates are provisional, and we will make every effort to keep you informed of any changes.
4.6 Before signing for your delivery, please carefully inspect all items for any damage. In the case of pallet deliveries, check all goods thoroughly before the driver departs. If any damage is found, please retain the damaged goods and note this on the delivery paperwork.
4.7 Please do not book tradespeople until your goods have been received and thoroughly checked. Ready2Go Furniture cannot accept liability for third-party costs (e.g. fitting fees) incurred as a result of delivery delays or damaged goods.
4.8 Delivery charges are clearly displayed at the basket and checkout stages of your order and are based on standard UK mainland delivery rates.
4.9 Goods can only be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Items cannot be left with a neighbour. Proof of identity may be requested on delivery to protect against fraud.
4.10 We are currently unable to deliver to the following areas without prior arrangement: Channel Islands (GY, JE), Isle of Man (IM), Scilly Isles (TR21–TR25), Scottish Highlands & Islands (KW, HS, IV, PA20+, PH4+, ZE, AB, KA27–28), Northern Ireland, and Isle of Wight (PO30–PO41). Please contact us for a quote if you are in one of these areas.
5. Returns Policy
5.1 You may return most items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Return costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Altered or modified goods
- Items no longer in their original condition or packaging
- Commercial or trade orders
- Ex-display or clearance items (unless faulty)
- Bespoke or made-to-order items (unless faulty, damaged, or not as described)
Return Packaging
5.2 All returned items must be fully and securely packaged. Our courier partners cannot collect unpackaged goods. We strongly recommend retaining original packaging. If this has been disposed of, you must source suitable alternative packaging (such as bubble wrap and an outer box) before a return can be arranged.
Condition of Returned Items
5.3 For change-of-mind returns, items must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which they were received. Our team inspects every return. If an item is not returned in its original condition or packaging, a penalty fee of 50% of the full product price (before any discounts) may be deducted from your refund.
5.4 This penalty does not apply to items being returned due to fault or damage.
6. Refunds
6.1 Refunds for returned items will be processed within 5–10 working days of receipt and inspection.
6.2 All other approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
6.3 Refunds are returned to the original payment method. If your card has since expired, please contact us at info@ready2gofurniture.co.uk or 0151 458 2252 to arrange a BACS transfer.
7. Warranty
7.1 All goods supplied by Ready2Go Furniture are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
7.2 If you discover a defect within the warranty period, please notify us in writing as soon as reasonably possible at info@ready2gofurniture.co.uk.
7.3 Where a valid warranty claim is raised, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the affected item free of charge, or issue a proportionate refund. We will have no further liability beyond this remedy.
8. Confirming Availability & Pricing
8.1 Stock availability is shown on each product page. We will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible if any item you have ordered is found to be out of stock.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images on our website are accurate. However, these descriptions and images are for general guidance only and do not form part of any contract between us.
9.2 Ready2Go Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from a breach of contract, or for any loss or damage to third-party property. Our total liability arising from negligence shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
9.3 Ready2Go Furniture does not provide installation advice, as every home environment is different. Installation should be carried out by a suitably qualified fitter. We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from installation.
10. Sales Contract
10.1 Your contract to purchase goods is not complete until we send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched.
10.2 By entering into a sales contract with us, you are entering into a legally binding agreement governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11. Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
