Ready2Go Furniture Return Policy
We understand that you may want to return your purchase, and we are happy to assist you. Here are the details of our return policy:
Eligible for Return:
- Items purchased online within 14 days of receiving them.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received, in the original packaging.
- Items must not be assembled or partially assembled.
Made to Order and Bespoke Items:
- Not eligible for return.
Returning Your Purchase:
- Contact Us: Email info@ready2goappliances.com to arrange a collection date.
- Collection: We will arrange for collection of your return for a pre-agreed fee of usually around £100 for bulkier items, depending on size/weight.
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds (if applicable):
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
- If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company and bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email address removed].
Clearance Items:
- Clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange, email info@ready2goappliances.com and send your item to Ready2Go Furniture Ltd, 33A Widnes Rd, Widnes WA8 6AZ.
Shipping:
- You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty:
- Zen Rattan Sets come with a 1-year warranty on cushions and moving parts and a 2-year warranty on the weave of the rattan.
- The frame comes with a 2-year warranty on the structure.
- Glass tables are not covered by the warranty.
- Cushions come with a 12-month warranty.
- Rain covers come with a 12-month warranty.
Made to Order Items (Beds and Sofas):
- Full refunds are only honored if canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, you will receive a 70% value of goods credit note.
Ex-display Items:
- All products sold from display are non-refundable.
Mattresses:
- Mattresses and beds are non-returnable due to health and hygiene reasons.
Storage:
- We can hold your purchase for up to 6 weeks. After that, a £20 per item per week charge will apply.
Please note:
- This policy applies to items purchased online only.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in the same condition as received.
- We are not responsible for items damaged in transit.
